Our Story

“It started in Southern kitchens, behind the line and around the table, with one simple question—why doesn’t the South have a water brand that truly represents us? As chefs, pitmasters, and hospitality professionals, we believed even something as simple as water should reflect quality, purpose, heritage and pride. Surrounded by deep Southern roots and some of the purest natural springs, we set out to create something better—clean, crisp spring water we’d proudly serve in our own restaurants, homes, and communities. Now, we’re proud to share it with you. SoLi Springs — clean, crisp Georgia mountain spring water, from our hearts to your home.”
